Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Dr. Deena Moustafa is the Founder and CEO of Go Behavioral and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a deep commitment to supporting children, families, and the community. With years of experience as a clinician, Associate Professor, and leader, Dr. Moustafa built Go Behavioral in 2018 to create a place where high-quality care, compassion, and respect come together.

Her vision was to build an organization that families could trust — a place where each child's unique strengths are celebrated, and where every parent feels heard and supported. Under her leadership, Go Behavioral has grown into a caring, client-centered practice focused on helping children thrive and reach their full potential.

Dr. Moustafa continues to guide the team with a focus on excellence, collaboration, and genuine care for every family they serve.

Samah brings more than 25 years of international experience in financial leadership, accounting, compliance, and corporate strategy. She supports Go Behavioral’s financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and continued organizational growth.

Clinical Director

Brendin manages clinical staff and daily clinical operations while maintaining a strong focus on high-quality care. He began working in ABA in 2018 and is passionate about supporting clients, families, and the continued development of the field.

Senior Clinical Supervisor

Adrian brings more than 10 years of ABA experience and is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. He also mentors the clinical team and works to maintain high standards of service for clients and families.

Melanie began her ABA career in 2008 and has dedicated more than 15 years to supporting children with autism and their families. She is passionate about socially meaningful progress, lasting change, empathy, and clinical excellence.

Clinical Supervisor

Diego has worked in ABA since 2021 and focuses on compassionate, evidence-based care. He values strong collaboration with families and clinical teams and is especially passionate about mentoring Behavior Technicians.

Lindsay Brooks, M.A., BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Lindsay has eight years of ABA experience across home, clinic, telehealth, and school settings. She enjoys helping clients learn new skills, empowering parents, and mentoring RBTs as they develop their ABA careers.

Parent Trainer, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Jesenia began as an in-home Behavior Technician in 2015 and became a BCBA in 2019. She specializes in parent-led services and helps families build confidence through education, collaboration, and practical strategies.

Sean Cai

Sean Cai

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Sean brings experience from both academia and clinical practice. A former professor, he has supported autistic clients from ages 4 to 22 and adapts his approach around the individual needs of every client.

Amy began her ABA journey in rural Kansas in 2010 and became a BCBA in 2017. She has worked in clinics, homes, and schools and is grateful for the opportunity to enrich lives through ABA.

Fabiola began working in ABA in 2020 and has a background in Clinical Psychology and Special Education. She uses compassionate, assent-based care and prioritizes functional communication, cultural responsiveness, and family collaboration.

Sheng brings seven years of ABA experience and holds graduate training in Applied Behavior Analysis as well as a background in Communication Disorders. She enjoys direct work with children and multidisciplinary collaboration.
